In 2016, Immunostics was acquired by Boditech Med, a global in vitro diagnostics company with expertise in analyzer-based diagnostic technologies and an extensive portfolio of diagnostic assays.
As part of the Boditech Global Network, Immunostics combines its established U.S. market experience with Boditech Med's innovative technologies, analyzer platforms, and broad assay portfolio to bring an expanding range of diagnostic solutions to the U.S. market.
